What are details of my Syndication method to 20+ platforms daily?
If you’ve been following for a bit, you know that I syndicate my content to over 20 platforms using lots of automation.
You also know that I do it every week day and it takes me about 1 hour a day.
Maybe you want to do the same thing.
Or maybe you just want to know how I do it…
Birds eye view of my syndication process
Some will surely tell me I shouldn’t be giving this information away.
Yet, here it is for you to consume and learn.
As you can see from the diagram, the process includes quite a lot of steps.
There are a number of things I do manually and lots that are automated.
Some are automated by me and scripts I created and others by platforms I use.
What I do manually
You’ll notice there are green boxes in the diagram.
I do those manually.
First I record the video with OBS and write the blog post in WordPress.
After running the script to extract all the content I need for all my postings on social media platforms, I share to 9 platforms manually.
Finally, I record a 60 seconds story style video in Snapchat and share it to Facebook stories, Instagram stories and TikTok.
What does my automation do?
My automation is separated into 2 camps.
First, there’s the script that creates all the pieces I need from the full video I recorded and the blog post I wrote.
and second, there’s the automation the platforms do, such as OnlyWire that shares for me my blog post to over 8 platforms like Blogger, Reddit, Tumblr, Pocket, WordPress.org, Instapaper, Twitter and LiveJournal.
Or to the various sound and podcasting platforms via SoundCloud and Click eCourse to iTunes, Alexa, iHeart Radio, Spotify, Google Podcasts and Stitcher.
How can you do this too?
Well, for one thing, you could get a hold of my scripts (which I’ll gladly give you) and setup a Linux server or Cygwin install on your PC and install everything you need.
Or, you can join the beta program to use the Syndication feature on click eCourse platform.
It’s still in development phase, but if you are interested, let me know and that is what will make the difference between seeing the light or not.
Basically, you’ll need to do this:
- Record a video
- Write a blog post
- Upload video to Syndication platform
- Select your video thumbnail
- Click button to generate artifacts
After the process is completed, you will be able to get all the artifacts and post to the platforms you wish.
If you’d use a platform like that, you can let me know by entering a support ticket in Click eCourse. It’s free to setup an account.
The more people we get saying they’d want this, the faster it will get done as we go by priorities.
Automation is one of the things I love to do.
My day job is all about that – I’m a DevOps architect and automate everything.
If you’d like to get your hands on this automation, go to ClickeCourse.com, register an account (it’s free) and enter a support ticket asking when the feature will be ready.
Watch the video above as I show you a lot more of how I do my automated syndication.
As always, share this with your friends, they need to see it too.
