How to start your own software biz with no tech knowledge?

What if I told you that you could start a multi-million dollar software business right now without being a programmer or knowing anything about the industry?

Imagine, your own software company…

Obviously, I can’t promise millions or being the next Bill Gates, but I can promise it’s possible for you too

What do you need to know?

Before I tell you want you need to know, let’s go over what you don’t need to know…

You don’t even need to know:

  • A programmer.
  • How to program
  • How to store and publish code
  • How to integrate a payment gateway
  • How to setup an email list and broadcast emails
  • How to hire an assistant
  • How to find customers
  • How to get sales
  • How to create a winning piece of software
  • and the list goes on

What do you need to know then?

All you need to know is how to follow instructions!

Even though, I’m a programmer and I’m learning the steps to do all this, and I could surely guide you, I’d rather recommend you work with Kim C. Dang because she is amazing!

Day 1: How To Find Your Winning Software Idea

It’s not as hard as you might think to find a winning idea.

Software is all over us.

When you simplify it to it’s most basic function, you get simple Chrome extentions.

You know, those things that show up as icons on the top of your Chrome Browser.

Like the video downloader, the Pinterest sharer or the keyword tool that I have on mine.

It really quite easy to find ideas for an extension that people want and are searching for right now!

The main thing to remember is that you can even create the same extension as someone else and sell it even though there are lots of others out there that are free.

Kim will explain exactly how that’s possible!

Day 2: Outsourcing Your Rockstar Developer Without Breaking The Bank

Ok, so now you have your great idea.

Maybe it’s a Facebook friend remover, or group question capture tool…

How to get it done if you’re not a programmer or know any?

You can hire one super easily on Upwork, fiver or odesk.

Kim will show you what to watch out for, how to create a job description and how much to pay for the work.

You’d be amazed at how little it costs.

Kim tells the story of how she started with just $50 to get her first Chrome extension built and sold it for $7/m to 2 people to start.

Now she has thousands of subscribers and many more extensions.

Day 3: Effortlessly Launch Your Simple Software To Get Your First Subscribers

Now this is where it gets really interesting.

After your developer creates your software and you get it from them, you need to launch it.

The process isn’t super complex, but it does take a few steps.

You can simply send your ZIP file to people directly and they can install it that way.

But, if you really want to scale, you’ll need a developer account in Chrome to publish your extension.

That’s really as simple as going to a web site, answering a few questions and clicking a few buttons.

Day 4: Growth Hacks To Scale Your Subscribers To Raving Fans

Now that you have software you can sell, you need to find clients.

One of the things I’ve learned over the last 5 years is just that, growing my audience.

No matter what your product, the most important thing is to know who your audience is and tu create content that they would be interested in.

Kim will show you what strategies work best to find the right clients for your software.

You’ll be able to scale and grow like crazy.

Day 5: Power Levers To Automate, Rinse, and Repeat

Now that you know how to start, what if you just did it again with another idea?

Sure, you can just focus on your one piece of software and grow the sales for it, but what if that could be done for you automatically?

I mean, if you didn’t have to spend any time growing the customers for your new piece for software and your subscribers just grew without you?

And your money grew too…

Would you just sit on your butt and do nothing?

That might be fun, but what if you coud just do it again and again… and again over and over.

Faster and faster.

That’s what you’ll learn in day 5…
