You gotta watch the video to find out more, but Russell was talking about how miserable he was after over a year of great business success because he was serving customers that weren’t his ideal customers.
How do you know who your ideal customers are?
I know, it’s not easy but it is simple.
Just think of who you’d really enjoy working with – what kind of person are they? What is their income level? education, etc… get into the details of it as much you can…
