In today’s Live video, I talk about the optimist skill, if we can call it that.
I know, most people think this is something we can’t change, but I promise you, it can be changed, just like anything else.
it’s a mindset thing, which means it has to do with what we fill our minds with.
What you do is start by noticing when you think something negative. Like “what a crappy day” or “I hate this person” then you come up with a positive spin like “rain is good for flowers” or “I like their shoes”
Over time, you’ll get better and have less negative thoughts.
- Keep track of which ones you’ve listened to
- Download them all as audios (MP3) to listen on the go
- Make commissions if you refer others and they buy too
